3. Purpose and legal basis

The processing of the customer's personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the customer is a party, or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, which are carried out at the request of the customer. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO.

In the event that the customer uses the contact form or otherwise contacts the responsible party, in particular by e-mail, telephone, fax, mail, Facebook, XING, Instagram or via the LiveZilla contact form, the personal data will be used exclusively to process his request. In addition, processing of the customer's personal data takes place in case of use of the comment function.
